| The company developed a niche, in underwriting & marketing IPO's and in a short time achieved a rank among the top 5 Brokers in the field. The company also earned a reputation by mobilizing subscription through NRI's / PIO's and the company was also among the first to reach out to various Gulf countries to promote investment opportunities in India and to elucidate RBI guidelines with a view to make India a preferred investment destination, such that Sushil Finance became a synonym for trust with regards to capital market investments. |

| 1986 - 1992: |
| Gauging the need of investors / sub-brokers, the company commenced secondary market activities whereby it achieved recognition as an 'Investor - Friendly' Broker. Further, it attained highest reputation amongst investors that can be attributed to utilization of various in-house developed software and latest technologies for value addition to investors. This activity gained momentum and forms an integral part of the business even today. |

| 1992 - 1996: |
| Again a plethora of public issues flooded the market. During this period, the company brought to play its expertise in marketing large number of public issues hitting the capital market. In the year 1994 the company's associate Sushil Financial Services Private Limited acquired membership on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) for capital and wholesale debt market segments. |

| 1996 - 2004: |
| This period witnessed the spread of the Stock Market Trading System. Moving in tandem with the development at the Stock Exchanges, the company developed its sub-broker network across the country using VSAT / leased lines, etc. Net Trading was also enabled during this period. The company also commenced commodities trading. |

| 2004 - 2008: |
The Company acquired NCDEX and MCX memberships in the year 2004. The commencement of currency trading and various other memberships also started in 2008. Quite a few clients/ investors were being trained through various workshops and investor seminars. 10558 investor clients were already trained through Sushil Finance investor seminars. Sushil Finance was featured in ‘Asia Money’, the premier financial magazine and was ranked as the 11th best brokerage firm in the country.
Communication channels like Bloomberg, Exchange server and office communicator were installed in 2007 to enable quick and efficient execution of orders. To manage data security and support our operations, sophisticated Firewalls with Unified Threat Management Systems, SDH from 4 Telecom Service Providers and a back office supported by SQL were deployed in 2007. In 2008, our Real time risk management was installed to give us users information on clients. |

| 2009 – 2011: |
In the year 2009, a software program, Innovision was developed to facilitate the needs of our channel partners by covering minute to minute information on Equity market, mutual funds, commodities, currencies and IPOs and making it available all at one place. Taking a step forward, Sushil Finance had attained insurance broking license from IRDA in 2011 to serve its existing and prospective clients by offering superior insurance solutions.
Our IT infrastructure was further strengthened and now includes world class hosting with tier III data centre, offline and online trading platforms with maximum uptime and a cost effective combination of VSAT, leased lines, VPN, ISDN and other media to provide superior connectivity to our wide spread business network which was introduced in 2009. Over 2000 trading terminals at our offices as well as at our channel partner offices are managed through this network across various equity, commodity and currency derivatives segments.
Holding investor camps and seminars have been like a tradition at Sushil Finance all these years. As on date, a total of 11,606 investors have attended Sushil’s investor training program. Sushil Finance has come a long way since 1982 and we now provide a wide range of financial services which are online trading, stock broking, commodity trading, portfolio management, IPO, depository services, mutual fund management, NRI services and investment advisory.
The ICEX (Indian commodities exchange limited) agreement took place in the year 2010. National spot exchange membership was incorporated in the year 2011 which allows commodities exchange in India. E-series product is a recent offering by Sushil Finance. It consists of a series of investment products in commodities. |
