Job Responsibilities	• Drive MTF revenue growth within defined Risk Management System (RMS) limits. • Manage client onboarding for MTF, ensuring compliant and responsible leverage usage. • Oversee funding sources, sanction limits, and ensure timely disbursement to clients. • Monitor daily risk parameters including LTV, MTM breaches, and margin shortfalls. • Ensure accurate exchange reporting, internal audits, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines Job Competencies: Analytical & Risk Assessment capabilities Excellent stakeholder & vendor co ordination Proactive in process & revenue enhancement High compliance orientation Attention to details Technical Competencies: Familiar to MTM framework (LTV, VaR,RMS), Proficient in exchange/MTF regulations Skilled in funding & liquidity management Advanced MS Excel and MIS Regulatory reporting capabilities
Candidate Profile	• Atleast 3+ years experience in a stockbroking MTF desk or funding role. • Solid understanding of collateral and leverage-based risk management. • Ability to perform under strict market and regulatory deadlines. • Client-centric approach aligned with long-term, ethical business practices. • NISM Series VIII certification
